Norma is well known for her love of horses, not so much for her passion for plants-gardening, environment- (above) one of the many Honey Myrtles-featured in the wildlife corridors. Last year when Norma discovered what was happening to our brumbies- well! could not bear to imagine mares & foals-being gunned down- shot from a helicopter- by Cowards & criminals! and being condoned by the Government? what sort of country do we live in? Please go to my special web site! www.bonymountainbrumbies.com online now,

I have always been a tree nut, guess I got that from my Dad, who planted many wonderful fruit trees-grape vines- made his own wine! My childhood was enjoying all that amazing fresh fruit-straight off the trees, Our old Clydesdale was one of my childhood mates! along with our calf, some ducks, our dog & the cats! So a lifetime of loving animals! This old photo of me in the Mildura Ladies race- on Redmetus- my own horse- who I owned/trained/ and rode-finished second! I worked as a Jillaroo in the Riverina for a few years! Loved TBs -went to Picnic race meetings nearly every weekend! Chased cattle the rest of the time! Bob Adams was an old Bullocky- Grace Adams -a very special Lady who encouraged my Poetry- & music! All this seems so long ago!
